Role: Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant

Client: Aurora Networks (A Pace Company) Now ARRIS Duration: March 2015 to present.

Location: San Jose, California, USA.

Project Profile: Integration, Support & Enhancements. (Environment: Oracle Apps, Ver-11.5.10.2)

Responsibilities:

Played a Key role in data migration from Expandable legacy system to Pace Oracle EBS.

Gathering data mapping Requirements between both systems, getting data in template files, prepared technical design documents and data conversion code design for Suppliers, Customers, Open Purchase Orders, Sales orders and items.

Analyzed existing shipping documents/reports provided by business from legacy System (Pick slip, Packing Slip, NAFTA Report, Commercial Invoice) and provided equivalent in Pace EBS with enhanced ability of automatic emailing features using XML Bursting and Unix Shell Script.

Standard & Blanket PO Document changes – changes done in XSL-FO stylesheet of oracle standard PO Output for Communication Java Concurrent program to accommodate new logo, address and new fields.

Developed AR Invoice Print and Letter of Shippers Instruction XML report to be generated in PDF format.

Responsibilities:

In this short duration 8 weeks Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation project, my job duties were:

Supplier, Supplier sites, site assignments and site contacts loading through FBDI (File based data import).

Loaded Grade, Job, Positions and Employees using HCM Data Loader (HDL) utility.

Created Check printing and Wire payment format using BI Publisher for Fusion Apps.

Created couple of reports in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reporting and published these reports in Finance user’s sandbox, also included viewlets for summary of day-to-day transactions.

Responsibilities: Successfully implemented legacy GL to Pace Oracle EBS GL within strict Project timelines being only person working on this project from Technical side.

Analysis of requirements for new project and impact analysis.

Working with functional analyst and Microsiga consultant for Identifying key Information from Microsiga Protheus ERP in order to map to Pace Oracle EBS GL.

Finalizing mapping, technical design document (MD70) and getting signoff from respective stake holders.

Developed a robust custom GL interface “Pace Brazil GL Interface” and couple of more user supportive program and report in PL/SQL and Discoverer, to help business with reconciliation, data cleansing etc.

Developed a Custom mapping table based Mapping form through Oracle form builder which will be used to maintain Chart of Accounts Segments mapping between Microsiga Protheus ERP and Oracle Apps GL.
