I have done MD in pathology with 3 years residency course following Bachelors Degree in Medicine and surgery.I have vast experience in histopathology,cytology as well as in clinical pathology.I have passed HAAD examination in 2013 and holding current HAAD License as Clinical Pathologist(License no.GD15721)

I have worked in various capacities as Consultant Pathologist as well as Chief of Pathology Department in a large multidisciplinary hospital with organ transplantation facilities.Presently working in a diagnostic centre at medical centre in UAE as consultant in pathology.Also worked as visiting Associate Professor of pathology in a medical college.

Business Development : Monitoring utilization patterns of laboratory services & advise management of developing trends in clinical service needs. Strategising business development for Clinical laboratory, with harmonization of needs, infrastructure and manpower management.

Laboratory Automation : Advise, negotiate, manage & administer all contracts. Vendor qualification and installation of instruments in various sections of clinical laboratory.

Writing & revising policies, procedures, & protocols for tests carried out in laboratory according to prescribed format & international standards.

Hospital Management Team Player: Member of 'Prevetion & Control of Infection (PCI)', 'Facility Management & Safety (FMS)', Quality facilitator & 'Quality & Patient Safety (QPS)' committees.
