* Providing short-term welding/coating inspections for various fab shops working on bridge projects for state DOTs (dimensional/camber checks, welding inspection (AWS D1.5 code) and coating inspection).

* Project coordinated a section of a boiler outage at First Energy Pleasants Power Plant. Oversaw all inspection and repair work, including abrasive blasting, clean-up, NDE Inspection (Visual Test, Magnetic Particle Test, and Ultrasonic Test), determination of repair needs, repair of necessary tubing, final inspection, and safety.

* Provided QA/QC oversight for multiple Consol Energy compressor/dehy stations, auditing onsite QC personnel’s project documentation.

* Provided welding and coating inspection at fabrication plants (steel structures and piping).

* Administered welder and fitter qualification testing per AWS D1.1, ASME B31.3 and API 1104 (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW).

* Provided direct QC Inspection for multiple CNX/Consol Energy compressor and dehydration stations during construction. Preparing all documentation to be DOT CFR 49 Part 192 compliant. Reviewed contractor project turnover packages for Consol Energy.

* Provided ASME and API project turnover packages for piping contractors.

* Performed welding and structure audit survey on existing mining conveyor system and towers.

* Have observed and am familiar with NDE testing methods (RT, UT, PT, MT).

* Have witnessed and am familiar with both hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing of piping.

* Provided QC Inspection for construction of a Mark West Condensate site for Chapman Corporation.

* Audited current processes, manuals, and procedures, then developed and implemented a Quality Management System for Industrial Resources, Inc., a structural steel fabricator. Led their process of obtaining an American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) steel fabricator certification.

* As Director of Operations, successfully led operations team turnaround for a systems integration organization with 6 nationwide offices.
