Forklift Material Handler Jun 16, 2015 - Feb 05, 2016

-A very important role I managed on a daily basis was the "Parts Inventory Checking List " for the assembly line to see what if the right quantity of parts and number that came in for production to be made

-Pull parts on a sit-down propane forklift by (Production Work Order) to put in my materials inventory files

-Deep sweep and clean my area consistently

-Operate my assigned forklift 9/10 hours a day

-also my duties were to put new racks at the end of the assembly line after they filled up with 16 to 20 coil units per rack

-stack 3 racks high in the back of the warehouse ready for inspection and shipping

-Send out emails to "Main Line" so incase we were short or over on material it would be charged or deducted from production cost.

-Shipping & Receiving stock orders daily, for company drivers to ship out

-Check parts in on the daily basis, a full inventory count of shipment with a FC Scanner

- My duties were to pull orders and handle the materials that were in the warehouse.

- Keep inventory in order (Inventory Control).

- As customers pulled up to the "will call" section entrance to the warehouse I would carefully and slowly unload and load for what needed to be pulled in the work order (invoice).

- Diesel truck, freights, and flatbeds would come in for repairs of various kinds.

- We would repair flatbeds, remove decayed wood boards, and replace it with new wood floor.

- Many flatbeds and freight trucks needed new brake drums and shoe kits in order to pass state inspections.

- I also replaced slide doors, side rails, air bags, bushings, slack adjusters, suspension kits, roofs, side panels, air chambers, etc. Manufacture many custom pieces to the flatbed; (Mig/Fluxcore)/general mechanics.

- I reported work orders in to the computer after the service was done on the truck/trailer and ready for the client to pick their trailer .

-Also was fully responsible for (Hot Shot)-next day air UPS/FedEx were shipped at the end of the day

-OSHA Sit-Down Propane All-Terrain Forklift Certified

-Overhead Crane 5-20 Ton(Company) Certified

-Print Labels and P.O.'s for shipments at the beginning and the end of my shift

-Report and email to supervisor for approvals on shipping cost and deductions for shipping and credit

-Load & unload various merchandise far as(Channel, Square, L-Shape, I-Beam steel from other clients or inventory

-In-Charge of 3 helpers (As) a Leadman role of my duties

-Use the Overhead Crane to load & unload (Aluminum rolls, wood, wheel & axles for diesels, heavy side panels, etc. Education
