Accomplishments

At Meridian Automotive after just 2 months I was moved to the position of 2nd shift plantSuperintendent.At GenPak I was train to run a new thermoforming machine and just after 2 month I was running thewhole process putting out quality product.At Unimin just after 2 weeks on the job I was asked to move into the plant supervisor position. I was incharge of training new hires on all mobile equipment. I was asked to host a forklift rodeo each year. Iwas the only supervisor allowed to change the recipe without management authorization. Because ofthis knowledge I was asked to help our new facility start up in Arkansas. Any test runs for new product Iwas always asked to run the control room because I know the system the best.
