Began as a Structural welder on UT and MAG steel material. Eventually became Team Lead for a group of welders. Worked with fitters and welders on a daily basis. Responsibilities included getting priority jobs out on time, conducting safety meetings with team members every morning and once a week meet for Team Lead meetings with supervisor. Minimal skills in blue print reading. Participated in Safety Committee and was training to become a First Aid Responder. Also know how to MIG/Flux weld. Welder 01/1992 to 12/2008
