As a member of the senior management team, directs, administers, and coordinates the activities of the organization in support of policies, goals, long-term strategies, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating operational projects and staffing, performance improvement activities, hospital-wide planning and regulatory compliance activities.
