1.Salesforce.com – Call Tracking Matrix Integration:

Project Description

A Better Today Recovery Services uses salesforce.com as enterprise application for managing the leads. The leads comes from 2 major sources:

ABTRS Website

Call Center via a software “Call Tracking Matrix”

Call Tracking Matrix routes incoming calls to call center and creates new lead if a new caller calls.

A large number of times, a friend or relative of the patient calls on behalf of the patient to get treatment information. Call Tracking Matrix was creating the leads for the friends/relatives instead of the patient. This was causing discrepancy in the Call Tracking Matrix when the patient called.

A trigger was needed to create a new lead with patient name and then delete the lead created under the caller’s name.

The project scope also included web-to-lead integration of ABTRS website with salesforce.com and Call Tracking Matrix integration with salesforce.com

Contribution

Lead data mapping sessions. Work with IT team to define data mapping between ABTRS Website and Salesforce.com Lead fields.

Develop the after insert trigger which fires if the caller’s name is different than patient name on lead. This trigger creates a new lead for the patient and deletes the caller’s lead using @future method.

Configure Web-to-lead template and provide it to IT team.

Configure the data mapping between Call Tracking Matrix and salesforce.com.

Test integration and support sanity checks.

2.Lead and Verification of Benefit Management:

Project Description

ABTRS Marketing team needs to verify insurance benefits if the lead converted was insured.

They also needed to map lead information across account and opportunity to see holistic patient information without too much navigation.

An apex trigger was developed to fire on lead convert to map lead data to account and opportunity. Additionally if the lead was insured, it creates a Verification of Benefit custom object record to manage insurance coverage.

Contribution

Lead data mapping sessions with marketing team and document the mapping document.

Get acceptance on technical solution.

Develop apex trigger on lead which fires on lead conversion (if “isConverted” field on lead is updated).

Develop Verification of Benefit custom object. Configure relationships, custom fields, page layouts, field level security and validation rules for data integrity.

Develop unit tests and change set for deployment.

Work with business to get the functionality tested and accepted.

Deploy the changes to production and train the business users.

Bug fixing and support.

3.Patient admission and exit survey management :

Project Description

This project streamlines the patient on-boarding and post-treatment survey process by automating the admission record creation, as soon as an opportunity is closed won. It also automates the survey visualforce page launch, after an alumni record is created.

ABTRS Patient on-boarding team needs an on-boarding record, as soon as an opportunity is closed won to start working on patient on boarding.

The Alumni team needs an alumni record to facilitate patient exit and satisfaction survey. They need the survey page to automatically launch when the alumni record is created.

Enable analytics for on-boarding and alumni team to keep a track of incoming and outgoing patients.

Contribution

Work with admission team and alumni team to understand their processes and identify the business problems and gaps.

Design the flow and streamline the admission process with alumni process by enforcing data integrity through validation rules and lookup filters.

Document the requirements, develop proof of concept and get acceptance from both teams.

Develop process builder to automatically create admission record if opportunity is closed.

Develop validation rules to validate the admission data.

Develop Admission, Alumni, Survey and Survey_Rating custom objects. Associate Admission and Alumni record through master-detail relationship.

Configure lookup filters, reports and dashboards.

Develop Survey visualforce page and override “Save” button on Alumni custom object.

The signed document needed to be automatically captured as attachment back in salesforce.com

Contribution

Installed the DocuSign for salesforce AppExchange package and enable it for opportunity.

Configured the package in salesforce to add the custom button on opportunity.

Worked with business team to map salesforce data into document template.
