Designation: - Design Engineer (CAD?CAM) (July 2011 to Present)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-

Responsible for Design a Process & Tooling for Brass Cages under New Product Development within agreed lead time for India,China & Romania Plant.

Design Jigs, Fixtures, Press Tooling & Gauges by Pre-determined the size with stress, load & Weight constraints by using Creo-2.0 & Hyper Form v11.

Lead a team for development of new product and process.

Design a Mold for Centrifugal casting by considering optimum size & Machine load capacity with calculating Process parameter of centrifugal casting process.

Constructed a 3D representation of the Design Mechanisms in Creo-2.0 and see the stress & displacement simulation on the model in Pro Mechanica.

Responsible for Manufacturing Process design for every new cages

Assigned with task of planning, conducting and providing APQP meeting in CFT.

Responsible for Change Management Process ECN, CRF, CAF and Implement same in system record Maintain Data as per TS & QS Procedure.

Responsible for analyzing PFD, PFMEA and Control Plan for every new type cages at time of development and updated in line with current process.

Participate in TPM activity as a sub-committee member in “DM PILLAR” (Development management Pillar), “TM PILLAR” (Tool management Pillar) and “5 S” principle in design department.

Worked on the Process improvement to improve the current process by using Process Engineering tools.
