• Responsible for troubleshoot and repairing automated Automotive Interior manufacturing cells which included extruders, automated ovens, molding equipment, and radio frequency bonding equipment.

• Started with manual press operations of interior molded car parts. Upgraded approx. 25 production lines to PLC and robotic automatic operation

• Equipment consisted of Modicon 84 PLC controllers on hand trimmed interiors to ABB SLC 501 controllers and 70,000 lbs water jet cutting using Motoman robots. These controls and designs were developed and built on site by my team and are still in use.

• Used welding and metal work to build and install all fixtures and frame work.
