Implemented an electronic payment system for members to provide premium payment. Project was cost effective and realized savings in electronic payment process instead of previous manual process.

Developed innovative iterative approach for the development and implementation for Salesforce.com. This enabled not only this project but other projects to utilize an agile methodology.

Implemented centralized Commonwealth IT web site for executive and other IT communications.

Kept abreast of new technologies and met with vendors. Aided in the implementation of various mobility strategy sessions with 47 agencies under the Governor’s jurisdiction. This led to the innovative implementation of various mobility applications for Pennsylvania residents.

Instituted CIO summits. These summits had a formal agenda where new and implemented technologies were discussed. This arena enabled all participants to share technology strategies and implementation strategies and challenges.

Developed innovation strategy and implementation direction, centralized enterprise architecture, governance policy processes and frameworks for Commonwealth agencies under the Governor’s jurisdiction.

Managed five individuals who also aided in the department who reviewed Commonwealth agency strategic plans and implemented various enterprise-wide technology projects.

Arduous manual processes for the investigating of criminal cases to the prosecution of criminals were automated utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Other applications such as the recording and auditing of a barcode system for all evidence storage rooms was also instituted. Also implemented an application that was utilized to compare the serial numbers of money that was utilized in undercover cases for prosecution purposes.

Various applications were also implemented to automate HR tasks, such as, but not limited to the online application for employment.

Simultaneously has between 4-6 application projects managed and being developed by in-house and vendor application developers.

Received an award for implementation of numerous applications that were innovative and had significant ROI.
