Coordinate production scheduling, inventory stock levels, planning, process analysis, vendor negotiations and execution efforts toward inventory availability and on-time complete product delivery. Manufacturing, Engineering & Facility Manager, Columbia, MO (8/10-4/12) Developed and implemented strategy to improve product movement, reduce downtime, and support a three shift manufacturing / production line in this 165,000 sq. ft. facility. Held direct management responsibility for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of all production related manufacturing equipment and processes required to manufacture a high quality product in a repeatable and cost effective manner.

• Planned/managed all facility and capital equipment purchases, planning, and cost control; spearheaded new product start-up from initial design to finished product.

- Spearheaded a Large Order Quantity Transfer Project that transferred complex products to another facility resulting in an annual savings of $250K.
