Over ten years experience in multi-million dollar contract proposal writing and project management, planning and designing large-scale digital central office switching systems, mobile and microwave RF systems and fiber optic cable systems for the SE US telecomm network.. Produced 50+ million dollars in accepted contract proposals in response to US government Requests for Proposals on various types of facilities management projects nation-wide ranging from fuel tank farms to cooling systems for leading edge data centers.
