As my resume highlights, I hold a Master’s Degree in Health Administration and have significant experience in oversight of clinical and non-clinical operations of a physician office and surgery center. I also have many years in accreditation and improving operations in physician office practices. I led many physician practices to improved operations with a focus on development of structure, compliance, and implementation of policies and procedures. All of these organizations achieved successful measurable outcomes including more efficient processes, increased productivity, increased revenue, and reduced expenses. I was instrumental in implementation of e-clinical works in my current practice and am proficient in its use.
