Introduced new program safety planning strategy inclusive of all Professional Disciplines, Union and Non-union personnel involved with our programs that assured unparalleled compliance. During the course of our program and over 660000 man-hours worked; our program incurred only 3 recordable incidents and 2 near miss incidents, making it one of the most successful corporate safety initiatives of its type undertaken.

Hired to champion a major change management initiative for re-branding, development and support of new division supporting aerospace tooling manufacture. Re-development of defense tooling supply strategy to include hire of key executive management personnel capable of building this business model.

Complete new business plan submittals for executive staff, equity partners and banking institutions

Align multi-national operations in Contiguous United States and Mexico to reflect capabilities and provide for cost savings opportunities

Assure completion of ITAR compliance application and implantation of security plan accordingly

Responsible for business unit staff of 460+ personnel with 9 direct reports from various facets within the company

Advance Integrated Tooling Solutions – Tooling Manufacturing Leader

Process Engineering/ Drawing & specification review. Tool manufacture Lead for complex aerospace tooling projects including vacuum forming dies, bond tooling, fuselage mandrels, and carbon fiber composite tooling, prototype tooling and manufacture of composite/hybrid prototype components.

Delegation of internal work/vendor supply as required to meet project timing & budget requirements

Review multiple system drawing sets (Catia v5) as needed to facilitate timely and organized build of various fixtures and tooling as presented by management.

February 2013 – Present; provide manufacturing leadership for various Boeing 787 fuselage, wing and control surface fixtures and tooling.

Work with departments throughout facility including fabrication, QA and project management, purchasing to assure projects meet or exceed customer specification and project timing.
