Planning and scheduling of the instrumentation work activities in plant to achieve the target completion, knowledge power plant process and operation.

Preparation of daily checklist of all the instruments along with their maintenance and troubleshooting.

As a shift engineer and concemed with all the know how s during the shift

Operation and maintenance of DCS, PLC and all instruments used in power plant.

Hand on experience in pressure, level and flow transmitter calibration.

Calibration and mounting of vibration sensor.

Hand on experience in control valve calibration.

Hand on experience in testing and troubleshooting RTD and Thermocouple.

Hand on experience in loop checking and functional testing of all instruments.

Maintenance and calibration of I/P and E/P convertors.

I have knowledge about HART communicator (Yokogawa).

Calibration and maintenance of different switches like pressure, level, flow etc.

Calibration and loop checking of field instruments.
