Trainee Production Engineer

Company: Sahu Graphite, Sambalpur, Orissa, India

Responsibilities:

As a trainee Production Engineer I was responsible for monitoring the purification of graphite ore, under supervision of senior production personnel. Froth Flotation process was used for purification. I also got the opportunity for testing the fixed carbon content of raw material as well as finished products in laboratory. I underwent training in handling various equipment such as diffractometer and muffle furnace and understanding processes in the chemical lab, from senior chemists in the department.
