Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Managed sales of the company’s products and services within the, but not confined to the greater Reno, Sparks and outlying areas. Other responsibilities were to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning to include identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

To manage sales within a construction remodel capacity to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.

Build and maintain the critical path construction schedules and coordinate all sub contractors and trades. (Three week look ahead schedules)

Participate and document construction meetings to help maintain all schedules.

Maintain daily progress and change order logs.

Assistant Facility Manger/Construction Manager – Safety Director

Assistant Facility Manager/Construction Manager Responsibilities:

Perform on-site PM services for the MOFMC. Make field surveys to investigate existing layouts and conditions and creates reports for the appropriate Government officials, ensure conformance with NFPA codes, JCAHO standards, safety standards and other agency standards.

Coordinate with facility infection control and safety office (self) officers to insure compliance.

Constant oversight of and monitoring of construction contractors quality control activities and make appropriate recommendations for Government action. Provide timely coordination with hospital staff to ensure proper reviews and notification of project and utility outages to include on-sight monitoring of outages to provide engineering and contractor support.

Coordinates and attends all pre-construction, staff, in-progress-reviews and all other project related meetings and provides reports to the appropriate Government officials. As the Asst FM I coordinate with various stake holders to include the Med Center departments, MDG Executive staff, Office of the Surgeon General/Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA), Army Corp of Engineers, Base Civil Engineering (BCE), Base Fire Department, Security Forces, Base Contracting office, Base Safety, various construction contractors and project managers and other associated agencies.

Other collateral duties also include QA functions as necessary to support but not limited to: review schedules, work performance quality, safety oversight, coordination effectiveness, and perform documentation reviews for all repair and construction work in progress or in planning stages. Participates in on-sight final inspections of completed work and make recommendations for corrective action.

Safety Director Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Safety Director is the physical environment of care.

Serve as the point of contact for the medical facility on ground safety matters, inspections, investigations and works closely with the base ground safety office.

In constant communication with bioenvironmental engineering, environmental health, public health and infection control to oversee and maintain as the primary contact for the US Air Force Mishap Prevention Program, Safety Investigations and Reporting, Air Force Operational Risk Management Program and the Air Force Occupational and Environmental Safety, Fire Protection and Health Program.

Conducts and documents facility safety surveys of all Medical Center buildings to identify and correct environmental hazards and unsafe practices.
