PROFILE

As a lead process engineer to manage deliverables, schedules and man hours for Mozambique LNG Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Project and Ujian Pre-FEED LNG project in Malaysia.

Defined the project scope, prepared preliminary cost estimation based on the work load and monitored progress against the schedule;

Developed and modified Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Material Selection Diagram (MSD), Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and Process Description & Control Narratives; Verified and performed hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing and process equipment sizing/specification.

Prepared and checked Equipment List, Line List, Chemical & Catalyst Summary and Utility Consumptions;

Developed JGCA design standard procedures, including a) Basic Engineering Philosophy; b) Basis of Design; c) Control Narratives and Cause & Effect Diagram and d) Preparation of Operation Manuals.

Operation manual development for the Singapore LNG terminal, which includes LNG unloading system, LNG storage system, boil off gas handling and LNG regasification & sendout.
