Field Area & Equipment's handled

1.Furnace Area, Condensate polishing unit (CPU), Dispersed oil extraction unit (DOX), Quench Tower Area, Cracked gas compressor area (CG-4 stage).

2.Handled all types of valves and equipment like several types of Heat exchangers, Filters, Re-boiler and Separators.

3.Handled all types of pumps like Reciprocating, screw, gear pumps, metering pumps in dosing system and also in Turbine driven Multistage Centrifugal pumps (150 kg/cm2 dis. Pressure).

Worked with NATIONAL FERTILIZER LIMITED (Nangal Unit) PUNJAB as a Graduate Apprentice Engineer (GAE) in AMMONIA PLANT (950 MTPD) KBR Technology from July 2013 to April 2014.

Learned the basics of manufacturing of Ammonia and Reformer Handling for Steam Reforming.

Knowledge about Reformer, Methanator, LTS & HTS Convertor, Absorber, Stripper, etc.
