As S4I database manager for topsides, an established work process was developed with project S4I admin (Capgemini) across offices to migrate S4I data into IPMS weekly project reports which included OE codes to keep other disciplines updated on instrument status to determine its affects regarding in the Management of Change process

As lead SPI project admin, integration of initial SPI with accurate data tables & templates was imperative for team consistency in deliverables
