Project Engineer

Partner with clients on front end project development to define project scope of work, manage project action items, and project execution. Ensure all drawings are generated to the Issues for Construction (IFC) stage are on schedule and liaise with Procurement for material requisitions generated by the discipline leads. Consistently monitor project schedules and all budgets. Assemble Engineering Work Packages (EWPs) to support construction projects and provide Engineering support for Construction through prompt responses to Request of Information (RFI). Manage vendors by analyzing documents for requirement compliance and attain approval of industrial building permits and develop technical documents and design information for regulatory ABSA applications to ensure project is up to code and compliant. Coordinate all as-building engineering drawings and close-out activities.

Saved a major client from leaving by reassessing project needs, streamlining the focus on key essentials and ensuring engineering disciplines were implemented in project deliverables; completed project under budget and was awarded 2 additional project based on success and continued as main supplier for all oil pads and flowlines for next 2 years
