Suncor Fort Hills Inter-Connecting Pipeline Project – Pipeline Design Engineer for the FEED and detailed engineering of three Inter-Connecting pipelines: NPS 24 Hot Bitumen Pipeline, NPS 16 Fuel gas Pipeline and NPS 6 Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel Pipeline from Fort Hills secondary extraction area to Fort Hills tank terminal. Total capital cost of project was $ 100 MM.

Suncor East Tank form development Project: Project Engineer for NPS 30 Diluted bitumen transfer pipeline. The project includes underground and above ground portion of pipeline between Suncor East tank farm to Enbridge Athabasca Tank Terminal. Total capital cost of project was $ 30 MM.

Encana Cut Bank Ridge Pipeline Project: Pipeline design Engineer for the detailed engineering of 18 pig receiver & launcher pigging facilities with associated piping ranging NPS 4 to NPS 16 high pressure sweet & sour gas pipelines. The project includes aboveground pipeline tie-ins, design, procurement and construction of station facilities at Encana Sunrise, Tower and Saturn plants in Dawson Creek BC. Total capital cost of project was $ 80 MM.

Accountabilities:

Coordinated pipeline engineering team for project deliverables.

Involved in the design, procurement and construction support of pre-insulated hot bitumen pipeline.

Involved in the selection of LOGSTOR insulation system for hot bitumen pipeline.

Encana Pipestone Pipelines Project: Pipeline Engineer for Encana Pipestone project. The project includes multiple underground gas gathering trunk pipelinelines between Encana existing well site facility and compressor stations. Total capital cost of project was $ 30 MM.

Enbridge Pipelines Inc Line 2 Replacement Project: The project includes conceptual engineering of approximately 37.7 km of NPS 24 pipeline from the Edmonton North Terminal to downstream of a mainline block valve. Total capital cost of project was $ 100 MM.

Design and detailing of large diameter pipelines for Gas and LVP liquid.
