Leading the implementation/deployment of WCM for CertainTeed's North American Insulation plants. Plant Manager

Managed a manufacturing plant with three production lines, over 160 employees and an annual budget >$125M. During a two-year period responsible for ~$45M in capital investments which included a new production line, 175ksqft warehouse and various productivity improvements.

Achieved zero recordable safety incidents in 2012 - the best safety performance in the location's nearly 40-year history.

Responsible for a $35M brown-field rebuild and launch of a third production line at the site, delivering it safe, with good quality, on time and under budget.

Managed rapid growth from 2011 to 2013 - doubling volume while increasing staffing by 35% and budget by 40%.
