ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Project Budget Control
Provided Consulting & Research Services to local contractor to assist in the design and cost management of a
commercial structure to be constructed at a County Municipal Golf Course. Budget was controlled to remain
within $90,000 leaving the contractor with a 25% to 30% profit.
Strategic Project Cost Savings
Contractors failure to manage his framing crew in the interpretation of the approved plans failed to pass roofing
inspection. As the project Designer I was able to submit innovative details to the City to salvage the roof at a
savings of about $28,000.
Residential Development
Designed and successfully obtained approved plans and permits for a new 3500 sq. ft. two-story residence with a
600 sq. ft. rear apartment & garage. Strategic analysis of difficult codes and ordinances were overcome. Initial
property value was $700,000 currently now at $2.1 million after project completion.
