Machinist with 19+ years experience with CNC lathes & Mills both Vertical & Horizontal machines, holding tolerance of .0001”. Works very well unsupervised as well as in a team to achieve the common goal of continually meeting & exceeding customer expectations. As well as constantly improving products & limiting waste.

Also have 15 years of GibbsCam programming experience. I have taken all training classes at Texas Offline through Digital Machining Systems. I have Certificate of Completion in GibbsCam. Was programming Vertical mills with 5th axis capabilities, Horizontal machines with 4ht axis capabilities with an 8 pallet changer system. Also have OneCNC programming experience as well.

Worked side by side with Iscar, Kennametal, Imco, & Sandvik for many years. I have been through several of Iscar Tooling Seminars. Also have Certificate of Achievements awards for completing many Seminars. Also was attending IMTS every other year. One of the biggest Manufacturing shows in the world. I was responsible for Machine Specs & decisions upon purchasing of new equipment. Also was responsible for all Tooling & Workholding research. My main role in this event was to research all Fixturing, Tooling & Machines for improving Manufacturing in the most cost effective way possible.

Also did drafting work for customers thru Solidworks & AutoCad to help aid customers in reverse engineering. Also customers wanted to replace a hand sketch drawing with a actual drawing.
