Responsible for the Tool Crib administration: including but not limited to, area organization, condition and general oversight of the stores arena. Lead the cost reduction projects manage MROP, warranty, asset studies as related to inventory, executed satellite cribs through the site and effectively managed the manpower associated with the operation. As the Tool Crib Manager I interact with customers to map, identify, catalog the spare part requirements for equipment utilized at the site and deploy the spares in the crib system.

Additional duties also include utilizing the EAM / CMMS, Maintenance System which includes the machine and tooling specific documents, performance evaluation, future modifications related to the performance, kitting of part requirements as related to work orders, and cost of the machine and manpower. Continuous improvement skills are used to lead and participate on teams to process and map interruptions or failures, determine root cause, develop corrective action paths and present the findings. Key operational responsibilities consist of but are not limited to; Prepare specifications and quotations for labor, tooling and equipment to support the business unit requirements. I utilize the EAM/CMMS maintenance administration software (MARCAM) for Work to lead associates on a daily basis while embracing the continuous improvement processes for the refinement of the stores crib and EAM / CMMS functions.

As the tool crib manager I write and conduct training for the operation of the stores crib and any special projects. I have supervision skills, presentation skills, general management and cost controls. As the tool crib manager I am responsible for tool crib control. Issues and receiving.

Inventories Cycle counts as well as physical inventory processes and establishment of new line items. Tool crib 5's and visual control. Machine and tooling evaluations as well as the kitting of work order demands as related to service parts.

As planner scheduler my duties included planning all job repairs for the maintenance department ensuring that engineers have all necessary parts, manuals, and access to machinery in order to affect repairs.
