Prepared program requirements, managed third-party partners and served as customer POC in support of several payments-based client projects. Managed EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) Account Relationship Team of 9 people, responsible for 16 States, coordinating with State Administrations and internal teams to ensure all contractual performance standards were consistently achieved.

Two years on a specialized, high-security project team charged with assisting the FDIC through over 70 bank closures and subsequent receiverships. Responsible for program logistics and training. Managed the assembly, placement and movement of closing teams and equipment. Participated on each closing event as real-time liaison between field and internal resources. Established, located and opened an apparel manufacturing company on behalf of small investor group, specializing in backpacks and juniors mass-market fashions. Hired design and sales teams, managed payroll, negotiated pre-production contracts with suppliers. Monitored team performance, established project milestones and supervised production to minimize warehouse costs and still meet customer delivery deadlines.

Managed a team of 6 consultants responsible for the implementation of the company’s authentication, verification and allocation software throughout the Eastern seaboard.
