The scope of the project is to enhance web portal that involves various modules for retail and corporate customers as compared to existing system. New modules were introduced such as E-ASBA, Loans, Credit cards, Demat, Omni channel, Service request, Mobile Banking. This platform enables users to perform all the banking transactions online.

•CIB, IPS (with host to host setup as well) and IBCW product are being handled currently.

•Meeting client for understanding their business requirements and Preparation of requirement documents, review of Functional specs, Test case Preparations, carrying out testing & documenting results and client implementation.

•PB responsibilities involve: - Uploading the trades into the K+ either manually or through auto loading of files received from manager or the PB.

•Tracking corporate actions (i.e. rights, bonuses, splits, amalgamations, dividends, etc,)

•Reconciliation of trades positions and cash between K+ and PB statements.

Book IT application arranges appropriate appointment slots of the correct duration with employees who have the particular skills required to handle a customer’s product or service inquiry.

The Solve IT application is mainly designed for registering customer complaints, tracking the status of the complaints.

CSP CNA - The primary objective is to enhance procedures for changing customer name, address and personal details by allowing customers to change their Name and Address at one touch via their channel of choice.
