Final review of Legacy Civil and Mechanical work packages with oversight of 5 mechanical and 2 civil engineers prior to NRC turnover for final closeout. Reviewed Engineering procedures and documents. 02/12 to 11/12 CHICAGO BRIDGE & IRON (SHAW) Plant Vogtle 3&4 Waynesboro, GA

Senior Field Engineer / Lead Field Engineer Night Shift – Assigned to work at Nuclear Island #3 with unescorted access. Performed daily field work activities with the civil engineering group. Supported supervision on Planning, Constructability and sequencing activities between various craft disciplines. Oversite of embeds and concrete installation, planning of bottom head “reactor vessel” installation and grouting. Coordinated and scheduled work with site Supervision of mechanical installations. Updated and released work packages as necessary which were provided to supervision and craft at the start of each shift as part of shift turn-over.

05/09 to 02/12 BECHTEL CORP/ DULLES TRANSIT PARTNERS, LLC. VIENNA VA

MOT Superintendent- Responsible for the Labor Group & Maintenance of Traffic. Coordinated all manpower and equipment on all traffic closures for operations, scheduling of police details to support night road work. Activities including paving, striping and utilities relocation for the rail project.

QC inspector for w. DELTA rail Co. QC surveillance for concrete placements of elevated rail sections, Plinth placement for Delta subcontractor Unna Construction. Operation is “top down” construction for rail installation.

Subcontract Technical Representative - Responsibility for oversight of the Early Roadwork Contract, Established work zones for direct hire to follow and build rail facilities, Review of subcontractor Submittals, Coordinate between Design Engineering and construction. 6/07 to 11/08 BECHTEL NATIONAL, INC. Hanford Nuclear Reservation Vitrification Plant Richland, WA

Senior Field Engineer- Assigned to the HLW (HIGH LEVEL WASTE) Building. Performed daily field work activities in the civil engineering group to include daily inspections, constructability and sequencing along with required rigging requirements to install and complete active work packages. Oversight of rebar, embeds and concrete installation as well as Design Change Notices, Engineer Change Notices and close out of issues with QC on any Non-Conforming records. Tracked weekly pay requisitions for quantities installed. Coordinated scheduled and reviewed shop drawing submittals for form work subcontractor (Symons Forms). Maintained, updated and closeout of work packages.

12/00 to 4/07 BECHTEL Central Artery/Tunnel (CAT) Project. Boston,MA Contract Closeout - Finalize contracts, punch lists and final inspections along with completed as-built documentation. Coordinate Certificate of Occupancy & Inspections with the City of Boston Department of Public Safety along with the State of Massachusetts inspectors. Review all code and contract requirements for final turnover.

Senior Mechanical Start up Engineer: Operations/Start-up & Testing BECHTEL Central Artery/Tunnel (CAT) Project Witnessed and coordinate all Life Safety systems and Hydro tests for Stand Pipe Fire Systems in conjunction with City of Boston and Boston Fire Department project wide “Roadway, Tunnels and Facilities”. Rigging and final setting and installation of equipment and controls. Lead point of contact of early opening I-90 from the existing prudential tunnel throughout the Ted Williams tunnel to East Boston at Logan Airport. Authored procedures for start-up, testing of rotating equipment and installation, pipe installation, testing Sprinkler systems and Stand pipe, HVAC, Tunnel smoke evacuation system, installation, testing and as-built documentation along including weld maps for compliance to applicable national and local codes, maintenance of operations, procedures for facilities and tunnels storm water and low point pump stations. Review of test results and secondary review of material and equipment submittals and approval. Project wide systems O&M manuals and as-built drawings. Civil Field Engineer- I-93 South Interchange, $128M Sentimental Precast Concrete Viaduct, Ramps, Boat Section, Streets, Utilities. Completion & Turnover of Storm Water Pump Station to Mass Turnpike Authority. Responsible of set-up & maintenance oversite of dirt disposal Facility at Subaru Pier and Spectacle Island, Including all marine operations, crane barge rigging and safety requirements, construction of two docks and maintenance. Tracking, testing and disposal of material generated fromC04A2 contract and others, supporting down town excavations. Point of contact for environmental compliance per EPA, DEP and City of Boston requirements. Along with permit issues with the Army Corp. of Engineers. Successful turnover of Subaru Pier and Spectacle Island facilities to follow-on contractor. Hazardous waste remediation of RCRA/CERCLA and Non-RCRA Bills of Lading and manifests for the State of Massachusetts at Subaru Pier stockpile and test facility. Inspection and coordination of Nagel slurry wall construction cross bracing and excavation. Inspection and coordination of cofferdam tie-in to the Ted Williams Tunnel construction, waterproofing and back-fill.
