Used unique, specific and intense strategies and interventions that were individually tailored to each patient’s particular needs and disorders. Responsible for case management of individual patients, and development of specific treatment plans for assigned patients. Participated in and led individual and group therapies. Worked in a team environment under the leadership of a multi-disciplinary team of professional psychiatrists, social workers, teachers and counselors. Contributed as a team member resulting in a high success rate of treatment for patients in our care, with successful re-integration of patients to their families and / or communities.
