Operations Management: Multi-plant responsibilities for manufacturing including all support processes and management of daily operations to budgets, production requirements, and required quality levels while improving on-time delivery to 100%. Year over year improvements achieved in Quality, Delivery and Cost for several years running.
Six-Sigma: Oversee/conduct raining and related projects to completion in manufacturing and transactional environments resulting in improved efficiencies, cost reductions and improved customer satisfaction.
Lean Manager: Lean strategy development and deployment throughout operations, where success led to joining corporate team for Powertrain division driving standardization across plants (17) in North America. Conducted kaizens, utilized lean tools and constraint theory to overcome bottlenecks.
