Clients & Project Level Achievements

1.T-Mobile : one of the leading Mobile Services company in USA.

Uprising R1.0, R.15, R.16: T-Mobile in collaboration with Ericsson is planning to change their legacy billing system which is critical to its Business Growth and Opportunities ahead. Their legacy system is being replaced with Upgraded and brand new system. Due to the complexity of the existing infrastructure the newer model is to coexist with older model during the transition time. A custom middleware infrastructure built using tibco tools is required to act as a bridge between the new billing system and older billing system. As some of the customers are ported to new billing system, customer experience need to be seemless and business must be BAU. With this goal in mind there are multiple and phased releases planned considering faster development targets and simplicity and effectiveness of tibco implementations in the market.

2.MACYS : One of the oldest and largest Leading US Retail Giant.

Credit Conversion to Loyalty: Macys collaboration with CITI to shutdown the Legacy Credit system and take advantage of CITI credit platform so that Macys can now Focus on its retail business improvisations. This provided opportunity to deal with various patterns and develop custom Solutions for components based on business requirements.

Plenti Release was an important project for Macys to integrate for the first time with an External vendor like Amex and Participate in a Multi Vendor program outside the normal scope of the company. There were many challenges in this projects w.r.t. business requirements and New Business decision being made to sustain integrity of existing systems.

Supporting Other Systems’ Projects for DotCom, POS and customer Service Releases.

System Refactoring Projects to support Demanding Business Expansion criteria and New Internal Programs.

Beauty Program, Inbasket Offers, MMR Program, International Program, GPGM, Dining, SNG were other Loyalty Program Implementations for supporting Macys Business Growth and Success.

3.Asurion : Mobile Insurance provider

FMDI Project Nearly saves $3 Mil per year to Asurion detecting Frauds and Automating Claim Cancellation based on Real-time Data from the Service Provider Systems. It was a technical challenge and my first time B2B integration. Evaluating different solutions, and picking the right one was critical to projects success.

El Dorado was a Critical Project where T-Mobile wanted to utilize its own Warehouses to fulfill the Claims for its Subscriber base, there by having a business advantage for both Asurion and T-Mobile.

Check-in Projects for Metro and T-Mobile, Verizon focused on Integrating External Vendor systems with Asurion Systems enable Interactive Voice Response System assisted claim completion. This will automate Claims for Asurion which in turn is a huge business advantage for Asurion business.

Walmart support allowed to increase the Asurion subscriber base and in turn revenue growth of nearly 30%.

Monthly Sprints involved Continuous Upgrades to the Core System and Evolving new Features like Envelope only claims, Technical Reships, ATAC Claims, Backorder facilities, Tax Receipts, Addition of New Clients and programs to assist speedy business growth and Technology Readiness for Future Operations.

4.Wachovia : Leading American Bank, now Merged with Wells Fargo

Upgrade to BE 3.0 Project was a strategic business decision, of which I was Dev Lead. Especially the Custom Functions were now part of the product and eased the maintenance and support of infrastructure and provided an ability to expand CEP Technology to other business functions.

Infrastructure Capacity Expansion to China and Japan included provision of New Environments to support IT in those Regions.

5.BP Global : Leading Company in Energy and Oil Sector

Supporting BPs Expansions, the company chose to upgrade its Legacy systems to latest high End Technology and Systems, consequently Enterprise Solutions Team were most integral part of this Migration Initiative.

As the business expanded, IT and Enterprise Infrastructure also had to improve in support to the changes and expansions. SOA based Solutions Entegrate and nErgize Paltforms were developed providing Performance, Scalability, Sustainability and Resilience in terms of System features for the software supporting business.

All of these Projects are Strategic projects for Infosys and carry a lot of importance in cutting a deal with BP in the next few years to come.

6.TIBCO : Leading ES Technology Company

Partnering with Technology leader and striving to improvise their products derived business benefits to the technology leader and the partners alike. No other Team could have been best suited for these projects.

7.DHL : Leading Mailing and Postal Services

This being first Project was an Eye Opener to the World of Computer Science and its applications. A very unique field like no other, with spectacular and miraculous surprises but all based on common sense. Learnt basic rules of software How to code and how to test. All the while ignorant of the direct business implications of the project Universal Billing System and its importance to DHL’s Aggressive Expansions in the year 2004.
