• Beat 2011 Budget by 8% in revenue and 42% in EBITDA and improved customer retention by 10% year over year. • Developed and implemented business strategies for each branch that led to revenue growth of 8.7% over three years. In 2007 revenues grew 2.8% and region profit growth was 6.7%.

• Conducted monthly in-branch reviews to evaluate and effect positive change on financial and service performance which led to a company-leading customer retention rate in 2005.

• Pursued and closed on two competitor acquisitions adding over $500,000 in revenues.

• Initiated an individual route analysis for production personnel that helped to increase productivity which led to a .4% reduction in production labor in 2007 and improved service delivery earning the top company “Customer Satisfaction Index” score in 2006.
