These position requirements are the same as previous two employers to include Thermo Printers and Mutivac packaging equipment. I also assist Engineers with process improvements, validations and cost saving. In addition, I communicate closely with vendors to order supplies, provide IT support for software programming and troubleshooting.

Maintenance Production Specialist/Kerry Sweets Ingredients 2005-2007

Duties are the same as for previous employer (Holland American Wafer) with the exception of vertical and horizontal baggers (Bartlett and Trans Pak II) along with being required to increase the quality of production output by improving yields and training operators. Responsibilities also include the overall general maintenance of the entire plant to include troubleshooting of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, pumps, and motors.

Lead Maintenance Mechanic/ Holland American Wafer 1984- 2005

Responsibilities include the assisting and overseeing of all phases of the packaging department dealing with production and packaging (changeover, training of operators). Duties include set up and installation of all current and new packaging equipment, along with maintaining a preventive maintenance program and repairing machines in a timely manner. Various wrappers, cartoners, printers, casers, scales, and baggers include Do Boys, Klockner, Tevopharm, Thiele, Langen, Markem, Ramsey, Lynx, Douglas, and ABC & Hayseen.

Managed and operated a family owned business. Duties included register operations, accounts payables and receivables, customer service, inventory and stocking supplies.
