Created, developed, managed and executed training, learning and developmental programs in the organization utilizing Ensured the successful integration of training and development programs which enabled employees to competently meet the business needs of the organization. Developed a multi-site training program to address: Active Shooter, Crime Scene Preservation for Security Officers, Crowd Contrll, and Customer Service Programs. Directed those actions necessary for Jamaica to achieve Port Certification, under the International Maritime Organization's (IMO) International Ship and Port Security Code (ISPS).
