Ran the day to day converting operations of 350 ton per day paper convertor. In charge of all the Selling paper to

Merchants, Paper and Board Converters, Packaging Manufacturers, Envelope Companies, Folding Carton Companies,

Silk Screen Industry, Game Industry from the paper mills that supplied the converting operation. Family owned business

that the Mills we own produced paper for converting operation. At times worked at each mill before and after we

purchased. Because of my technical ability and schooling was deeply involved in operations, maintenance, machine

and product improvements.

venders purchasing product for this piece of equipment along with other business. Included in those purschases were

the products run and all the packaging equipment and for supplies for the operation. Started out in Chicago than was

put in charge of all day to day operations of seven converting locations. Schedule, maintenance, training and

production and quality improvements.
