Assistant Planning Manager

Current responsibility to assist in the managing of the Planning Department and all functions within the department.

Directly supervise seven first line supervisors across three shifts. I assist in their progression plans and act as a mentor by setting goals and action plans and assisting in the meeting of those goals.

Assist in maintaining the budget for the entire distribution center, active in weekly updates to the budget as well as helping to maintain weekly staffing plans. Yearly budget in excess of 65 million dollars.
