RESPONSIBILITIES AS A WAREHOUSE MANAGER.

Work with the production plan and targets in relation to Stock replenishments, management and control.

Manage the layout and set up of the warehouse for the appropriate optimum utilization and storage of goods and supplies.

Implementing cost cutting rules in all aspects of storehouse transactions.

I maintain and issue inventory report, entry and exit status report, consumption report, obsolete report, goods age report and manpower status report to the logistics manager.

Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems.

Ensure quality; delivery and budget objectives are met.

Coordinate and negotiate with transporters on the dispatch of goods.

Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery (Forklifts) and equipment.
