Duties: As a Quality Technician, I make sure there is a SOP (Standard operator process) present at each station in each area. Test each process to ensure it fits the operation and the operator is able to successfully complete the operation.

As a Problem Solver, I would check into the areas with the highest rejects. Recreate the problem, to avoid it reoccurring.

As a Team Lead, able to recognize strengths and weaknesses in each operator. Able to place and train each operator accordingly. Keeping up with attendance (days off and call-ins). Also able to manage the team with the right decisions to succeed every day.
