Responsible for FAA Aircraft Certification of Level A software and hardware Lifecycle process development, per DO-178C and DO-254, respectively. Conduct and coordinated software and system Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and coordinated SOI 1 through 4 process and lifecycle development reviews in support of multiple aircraft level LRU’s and suppliers Integration testing.

Responsible for SQA and flight certification verification and validation and planning requirements. Performed system safety analysis and development reviews in compliance with ARP 4754 and 4761. Coordinated aircraft level certification process with Fort Worth and New York ACO Program Management and DER/DAR personnel for D0-178C and D0-254 Lifecycle compliance.

Lead Flight Certification team as System Engineer to conduct supplier software and hardware Company Conformity and FAI inspections of software and hardware products for design verification and validation of deliveries for Type Certification (TC) and TSO components.

Principal Design IPT lead engineer for Redundancy Maintainability (REDMAN) tolerance analysis for Fly–By-Wire FCS system. Developed and implemented 3 Sigma Analysis for over 285 aircraft monitors for software code development, validation and verification.
