I started as a service advisor working for this company within the first 3 months the manager Roy Henderson saw that I was not in my element and moved me into selling service warranties. I excelled in that area and we added more job duties as things progressed until I was the working assistant manager which included all internal processes. Completed daily performance reports for all technicians, performed the task of payro0ll on the 1st and 15th of the month for all service employees, also scheduled all hourly employees to keep overtime down to a bare minimum. During this time I learned about fixed and how to make profit for the service department and also came up with a few good idea of how to lower unapplied labor to all time low.

I started this title service a year before opening full time. This was a superior learning experience. I had to build the client base from nothing in order to sustain income. I did all of my own marketing as well as the daily operations of taking care of the clients I was obtaining. Within the first 3 months I hired an employee to take care of the office. This did very well for almost 2 years, but I missed the security of working in the auto industry. I shut the office down in December of 2012 and took a few months to clean up all the files I had pending and make sure all my clients has new references for their title work. I found Northwest Dodge and started within a few days of the original interview.
