It includes features as Batch Posting, Release Batch(embedding icons and functionality inside JD Edwards screens at the client browser using Web Interface Extender),Advanced Archive Implementation, Invoice Form, Routing Slip, BI Reports etc. Received invoices are validated, archived & routed based on country & region to a user or group of users. whenever user logs into the work list,they are able to view their tasks, save,approve,reject,request for more information on each task's invoice details.

This system is a end to end completely automated solution which facilitates each and every invoices arrives at doorstep of an organization to convert itself to a voucher in JD Edward system.Kofax Ascent capture converts each invoices to a pdf with data read capability through OMR (Optical mark recognition) skills, archives the document in Livelink, initiates a bpel process with invoice details.BPEL process validates the invoice, assigns a routing slip number, initiate a human task. This task goes for a number of approvals or rejection throughout the life cycle of a invoice. At the end it creates a voucher into JD Edward system. Routing Slip is an independent module developed to replace oracle routing with much advanced capabilities.

With CIS all authorized persons are permitted to file and server their pleadings electronically from anywhere anytime. CIS also have a search and view only option of court filed documents for public viewing. Based on the published open standards CIS allows all other document management systems to exchange document with it. Filing Serving can also be done either from the CIS website or from users own document Management System. CIS is a fee based system charging on the number of page processed (Uploaded or downloaded or printed). The courts will be integrated with the CIS system at no cost.
