Over twenty years drafting and 3D modeling experience in the construction industry. Downstream Petro- chemical and Refinery plant facility steel structures and concrete support. Upstream in depth knowledge of offshore floating production platforms, drilling jackets and decks. (TLP) (FPSO) (Semi-submersible) (Spars)

(Barges). Created several design options for SCR’s and tendon structural steel arrangements. I have the ability to develop alignment sheets for pipeline mapping, compressor stations and permit drawings. Cad and manual development of subdivision plot and utility layouts for Twin Lake subdivision and others. My career began with TXDOT and their subcontractors designing the beltway 8 toll roads and drawing traffic signals plans.

Sr. CSA designer/checker August 2015 – January 2016 Sasol LCCP - Lake Charles Cracker Project: This project is a combination of Greenfield and Brownfield facilities associated with an Ethane Cracker, with a number of derivatives, & GTL. Our focus concentrated on the offsite portion of this plant including the steel pipe racks, structures & concrete support which facilitated the rail and truck loading processes.

This project had an aggressive contract schedule with focuses on cost reduction. I was responsible for Checking and approving the design work from Manila, Philippines. Smart plant 3D & SPR, AutoCad

Sr. Structural designer March 2012 – April 2015

Hess Ghana DWT/TLP Pre-feed: Development of conventional tendon general arrangements. Shell Appomattox semi-submersible: Primary steel modeling of pontoon, column structures, bulkheads, transverse frames, BHD’s, Girders, stiffeners & brackets for detail design.

This project was accelerated by three months and worked to accommodate two different structures at the same time. Giving the client two for one price. Chevron-Rosebank FPSO FEED Project: Model primary steel hull portion including tank containment and equipment support. Secondary steel modeling of bulwark, stairs, ladders, hatches, platforms and outfitting supports.

Dow Chemical (Kelly Services – Contract)

Sr. Civil/Structural designer September 2004 – March 2012 Chlorine 7 Project, Plant B, Freeport, Texas; Drafting and Smart plant modeling for large new Chlorine process plant.

Travel to Seoul, Korea on two separate occasions to lead and support the civil/structural design support of the Dow process in newly formed Samsung /Dow Joint venture Falcon project. Utilize Dow’s exclusive modeling package Pasce 3D for the creation of smart drawings for their Union Carbide OISM chemical plant upgrade; steel location plans, structure elevations, sections & details. Concrete tank farm drainage plans, pump foundations & drilled shaft foundations. Field work with multi discipline coordination for a successful challenging project. ABB Lummus Global

3D modeling of structural steel detail design of the primary hull and secondary steel for five TLP floating platforms. Exxon/Mobil-Kizomba A & B, Conoco/Phillips-Magnolia, Shell-Nakika & Shell-Glider/Brutus.
