I worked with GNA group of industries as a head of engineering and Product development.

I was responsible for Complete Process Engineering, New development activities, tooling trials, TS documentations, costing and estimation, new machine selection and its trial out teleconferencing with customer/ Interaction with customer/ Plant capacity/ Line balancing and mfg etc.

DD Press-Forging project with robotics controls (approx Rs 16 crore proj.)

Two year I was dedicatedly engaged production of new installed DD-Press shop.

During this project I was responsible & accountable for achieving the production targets & Shift planning, Programmes for Material Gathering Machine-(MGM-CEMSA Italy), Selection of men powers, Selection of tooling i.e. Dies Jig Fixtures. Forging trials, .Process qualification before starting of production run. In-process inspection etc.
