Project Control Manager, Saipem America (2013-Present)

Oversee the monitoring and forecasting of projects’ economic/financial status in alignment with project management strategy. Create plans for Saipem resource allocation to specific projects, including personnel (in country and overseas), vessel, equipment, and facilities. Provide project reports for mid-year and end-year closure activities. Manage budget for Project Control department comprised of 23 team members. In charge of updating and revising Project Control Procedure following the Saipem Corporate Quality Plan.

Specified project control requirements to partners, subcontractors, and managers.

Key Project: Various projects involving Fabrication of Subsea Structures (e.g. Manifolds, ILV, ISS, SDU, pigging loop) and Jumpers for Subsea Installation performed in the Petromar Soyo Yard.

Led implementation of Primavera P6 as standard scheduling tool for the project. Implemented a Forecasting System for the global yard workload, Yard Production Control System aligned with the Project Control System, and a Yard Cost Monitoring System, with all systems yielding significant time/cost savings.

Functioned as the primary focal point in the overseas project team involving the expatriate and local team.
