Involves creating a centralized customer profile platform that retrieves information from multiple data points, update the info in real time and also leverage appropriate customer interactions. Used for cross selling various banking products like credit cards, home equities, life insurance, investments etc. Using this iCAS, sales reps throughout the organization can identify the banks most profitable customers and implement effective retention strategies by building a better understanding of their portfolios and cross selling products.

Project: A pilot on BCIC (banking center-back counter image checking) where the UI of the application needed some changes to improve process flow and reduce the issuance of error tickets.
