Bullock, LLC (Private practice) 2004 to present– Solo practitioner, Civil Rights Law office - representing employees in Employment Discrimination litigation under Title VII (race, sexual harassment, national origin, religion, etc.), Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act and other anti-discrimination federal and state statutes. Federal Court Practice; Civil Rights litigation under Section 1983, 1981 against public entities; Prisoner's Rights, and minor criminal cases. Representing clients in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission proceedings, Federal EEO cases, worker’s compensation and unemployment compensation hearings.
Criminal law – represents clients in OWI, traffic, misdemeanor, felony (possession and drug) matters. No experience with murder cases.
Habeas Counsel in Guantanamo Bay litigation – 2005 to 2011, utilizing knowledge of Federal Court Practice (D.C. Circuit), international law, constitutional law, Geneva Conventions and humanitarian laws of war. Represented three different men being imprisoned.
