DELHAIZE – Master Data Integration Layer

Master data integration layer was designed with an aim to provide data to Delhaize master data application (legacy application) after SAP migration start in phases. Once the master data is migrated to SAP and SAP become mater data source, Master Data integration layer (MADIL) will act as a reverse flow for master data from SAP to other local application. This will reduce the effort required in linking other application to SAP and hence lesser effort is required during decommission of legacy applications.

DELHAIZE – EODM Support

European Operational Data Model (EODM) was designed with an aim to centralize the data in Europe and also restructuring the item data model so as to make it in the form as required by other systems. The data from the legacy system is migrated to EODM daily. The EODM database will store all these data after the required restructuring is done. Then from EODM the data is provided to the many other systems like iCAROS, Witron, ACIS etc. The EODM support team will be taking care of data issues in the system also will be doing the maintenance and enhancement whichever is required.

HBR - PROCUREMENT

The Supply chain systems of Hannaford and Food lion are being modified to create a Common Supply Chain system. New batch programs and processes were designed to migrate the data from one supply chain to other supply chain systems and also existing systems are being modified to arrive at a common supply chain system. Pricing and Promotions, Procurement, Store Authorization, Store Replenishment, Add on tax, Performance tuning are some of the sub modules in this project. Procurement deals with the onetime migration of all logistic related data and promotional data from Salisbury system to Scarborough system. Many data alignment were also done so as to have proper data in Scarborough system.
