RESOURCING & RECRUITMENT

-Preparing and collating the manpower plan and organization structure. Keep track of all recruitments as per company policy.

-Managing the complete life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.

-Identifying manpower requirements through skills identification & mapping for articulating the skills requirements and gap analysis.

-Coordinating with advertisement agencies holding the interviews. Updating all recruitment records & data bank.

PAYROLL MANAGEMENT

-Supervision of Time office for processing payroll of employees.

-Absenteeism & Overtime analysis.

-Look after deputation & transfer of the employees.

-Introducing new initiatives in the unit for making it a fun place to work.

CONTRACT LABOUR MANAGEMENT

-Co –ordination with employment exchange, ITI, educational institutions for permanent recruitment of operators etc.

-Monitoring and ensuring the deployment of contract labour in the plant as per standard deployment.

-Ensuring proper utilization of manpower in various departments esp. Production.

-Conducting initial screening of candidates at operative level, checking relevant certificates, administering tests, medical checkups and preliminary interview.

-Reduced contract labour strength from 145 to 40 as per Management expectation.

-Reduction in the overtime wages from 72% to 39%.

-Implementation of productivity norms in the Union agreement.

-Successfully face the IMS, British safety Council, NABL HR audit.
